What is your biggest challenge? Do you play it safe? This blog is a quick read about YOU and your value and worth. Plus, why we need to explore and expand our thoughts, emotions and comfort zone.
Hope you enjoy it. I would love for you to comment and tell me what you think…
Stretching your comfort zone.
It sounds either very uncomfortable or very comfortable if it has anything to do with the elastic in your pants!
I believe when you challenge yourself to do things that are slightly uncomfortable, you evolve into a better person.
Someone who is open to trying and creating new experiences is contributing to raising good vibrations and energy in our world. Someone who grows and develops, just like an acorn into an oak.
This week, I pledged to myself to show up on a facebook live, at 10am every day, Monday to Friday. I was nervous about doing it; what would I say? how would I come across? what would people think of me? These are pretty obvious thoughts that go through most minds when faced with something that is not part of their daily routine. The important bit is to push through that and take a step towards living the life YOU want.
Doing something that brings you closer to your best life is such a wonderful way to stand in your own power and be your authentic rebel self. What I realised is, it really doesn’t matter what you say, how you come across or what people think of you.
Do You Value Who You Are?
What matters is… YOU. You matter. You have value to add to our world. You have worth. When you are living in alignment with your rebel self, everyone else sees it too.
I was listening to someone, who specialises in helping people with trauma, anxiety and ptsd (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), and he said something like, “If I scrunch up a £20 note, trample on it and dip it in mud, would you still want it? The answer is, yes, it still has the same value”.
Whatever we go through, feel and experience, we must know and maintain our worth.
Know Your Worth
Remember, in order for others to see your worth, regardless of your experiences in life, you must understand your worth. So, sometimes, well actually, every day, do something that stretches your comfort zone. It will encourage you to remember who you are and how capable you are. You Are Worth It 💞
Be A Rebel – Have Fun!
Lots of Love
